LCA Adult Programs

Indoor Power Cycling:  This is a great way to get in shape for the spring cycling season.  Build strength, endurance and overall fitness!

Adult Fitness: moderate to intense workout for those who want to stay in shape or get back into it.

Zumba: Dancing and fitness combined to help you stay in shape and have a great time while doing it!

LCA Daytime Programs

Dorothy Fitzer is organizing a number of daytime programs at St. Luke’s Church Hall.  There’s table tennis, line dancing and exercise programs to keep you going all winter!
