Below you will find some helpful information about the wide variety of adult and family programs available through LCA and other organizations:

LCA Adult Programs

Indoor Power Cycling:  This is a great way to get in shape for the spring cycling season.  Build strength, endurance and overall fitness!

LCA Family Programs

Fitness Boot Camp: Simple exercises and high intensity will have you ready to climb mountains. Move Out!

Boxercise: Punch, kick and sweat it to this high energy, low impact cardio workout (so long as you don’t actually hit anyone!)

Core and Strength Training: Your total body gets the workout, but your core gets more! Oh yeah!

LCA Daytime Programs

Dorothy Fitzer is organizing a number of daytime programs at St. Luke’s Church Hall.  There’s table tennis, line dancing and exercise programs to keep you going all winter!
