Class Description: This class is a low- to medium-intensity class designed to strengthen the body and release tension through movement with breath. Sequences are built following a flow that goes from warm up to standing and seated poses. Modifications are provided for non-experienced yogis, so the class is suitable for beginners to intermediate, no experience required and every class could be a different challenge or experience for you. All you need is a mat. Come bring balance to body and mind, and have some fun experiencing your own body.
Fall Dates and Times: Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Sept 17 – Dec 3 2019.
Winter Dates and Times: Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Jan 21 – Apr 21, 2020 (excl Feb 18 and Apr 14)
Location: Lakeview School Gym (3100 20th Ave)
Cost: $85 or $10 drop in
To Register: Drop in anytime, or register for the full set of classes on the first night, just come a little early.
