Along with being a lot of fun, the LCA Indoor Power Cycling class is a great way to get fit (or stay fit) over winter. The classes are designed to build fitness, strength and endurance over the winter so you can fly down the road once the snow melts!
Beginning in 2011-12, the LCA Power Cycling program is offered as a partnership with the Regina Multisport Club (RMC), and the classes are open to both members of the RMC as well as individuals who sign up at the LCA registration night in September.
Prerequisites
The class is open to adults and young adults 14+.
Students need to bring their bike and an indoor bike trainer to each class. A heart rate monitor is also required as we will base the workouts on each student’s individual heart rate. See Sean for more information about heart rate monitors.
All participants must have a valid Saskatchewan Cycling Association membership, which is available from the instructor.
