About LCA Learn to Skate

LCA Learn to Skate is a great way for your child to learn the basics of ice skating.  Come have some fun and learn a really useful skill!

Prerequisites

Your child needs to be at least 4 years old and no older than 12 years old by September of the current year.

All players need a CSA approved helmet.  Bike helmets are not sufficient since they don’t offer appropriate protection for the back of the child’s head.

2009-2010 PROGRAM DETAILS

Saturday afternoons at the Optimist Arena.

4-6 year olds skate from 4:30PM – 5:15PM

7-12 year olds skate from 5:15PM – 6:30PM

10 fall sessions run from October 19 – December 5

10 winter sessions run from January 23 – March 13

Registration fee is $55.00 for 8 weeks.
