Important Change – Learn to Skate, Saturday October 17

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FAMILIES IN LEARN TO SKATE ON SATURDAYS

Unfortunately, the ice in the Optimist Arena will not be ready for lessons to begin as planned on Saturday, October 17th.

We have been provided some alternate ice time at the Jack Hamilton Arena (1010 McCarthy Blvd), but need to make the following adjustments:

  • If you are registered in the 3:45-4:30 class, your lesson on Sat. Oct. 17th will be at 4:30-5:15pm at the Jack Hamilton.
  • If you are registered in the 4:30-5:15 class, your lesson on Sat. Oct. 17th will be at 5:15-6:00pm at the Jack Hamilton.
  • If you are registered in the 5:15-6:00 class, you will not have a lesson on Sat. Oct. 17th and will be issued a refund of $8.75.
  •

All classes return to normal times on Sat. Oct. 24th at the Optimist.

LCA apologizes for any inconvenience this causes. Unfortunately this beautiful October weather makes it difficult to make ice at old rinks like the Optimist!!

If you have any questions, please call your skating teacher, Sherry at 306-721-7577.
