Yoga and Zumba starting Sept 22

We have had a couple of changes to our program start dates and times:

Zumba with Jamie will now be offered on Tuesdays starting Sept 22-Dec. 8 from 7:30-8:30 PM at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre (2900 – 13th Ave) in the Gym. $75. To register email lcaprograms306@gmail.com

Beginner Yoga with Beatriz on Tuesdays starting Sept 22-Dec. 8 from 6:30-7:30 PM at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre (2900 – 13th Ave) in the craft room. $85. To register email lcaprograms306@gmail.com
